Job Summary: In coordination with the Director of Discover Odessa, the Marketing & Communications Specialist develops, coordinates, and implements the organization's marketing and communications efforts. The position contributes to strategy and manages assigned initiatives across brand, advertising, content, digital marketing, public relations, website, research and analytics, and marketing partnerships. The Specialist works closely with the Director, Discover Odessa team, contractors, agencies, media partners, and community partners to ensure marketing resources and investments are intentionally coordinated, effectively executed, and evaluated in support of organizational goals.
